114 : Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin Temerloh

Bahan-Bahan:-

1 ekor ikan patin sungai atau sangkar
3 sudu asam jawa
3 sudu tempoyak
50 g cili api ( digiling )
2 cm kunyit hidup ( digiling )
2 bunga kantan ( dibelah )
garam
gula
daun kesom secukupnya
asam keping secukupnya
Stok ayam

Cara-cara:-

Ikan patin ( sangkar atau kolam ) dibersihkan dan di basuh dengan air asam jawa. (Jika patin sungai tidak perlu di basuh dengan air asam).( Patin kolam perlu direndam selama setengah jam dalam air asam )

Masukkan air stok ayam dalam periuk. Masukkan cili api dan kunyit yang telah digiling.
Kemudian masukkan ikan dan tempoyak.
Renihkan. Masukkan daun kesom, bunga kantan dan asam keping.
Akhir sekali masukkan sedikit garam dan jika suka masukkan sedikit gula.
