73:Tuna Rolls



1 can tuna, drained
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Pepper, salt or garlic powder to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can crescent rolls

Mix the tuna, onion, celery, pepper, salt or garlic powder and beaten egg together in a bowl. Open the can of crescents and tear into triangles. Place a small amount of tuna mixture in the middle and fold all three sides together. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat to each crescent. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until brown.

In small pan make soup as directed on cans. When tuna is done place roll ups on a plate and spoon soup over tuna and serve. Makes 8 to 10.

72 : Ketam Masak Lemak Cili Padi



Bahan-Bahan:

ketam
serai 3 batang, dititik
daun kunyit 2 helai
garam 2 sudu teh/secukup rasa
gula 1 sudu teh/secukup rasa
asam keping 2 keping
lengkuas 3 cm, ditumbuk sedikit
santan pekat 300ml
air satu gelas Bahan-bahan untuk dikisar:
bawang merah 10 ulas
bawang putih 4 ulas
halia 2cm
kunyit hidup 4cm
cili padi 10 biji


Cara-cara:

Bersihkan ketam dan belah kepada 2 bahagian.Campurkan kesemua bahan-bahan (kecuali ketam) ke dalam periuk dan kacau perlahan-lahan secara berterusan sehingga mendidih. Masukkan ketam. Tutup api setelah ketam masak.

Tambahan:

Jangan masak ketam terlalu lama kerana menyebabkan isi ketam keras dan rasa manis isinya akan hilang.
