73:Tuna Rolls

1 can tuna, drained
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. celery, chopped
Pepper, salt or garlic powder to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can crescent rolls

Mix the tuna, onion, celery, pepper, salt or garlic powder and beaten egg together in a bowl. Open the can of crescents and tear into triangles. Place a small amount of tuna mixture in the middle and fold all three sides together. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat to each crescent. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until brown.

In small pan make soup as directed on cans. When tuna is done place roll ups on a plate and spoon soup over tuna and serve. Makes 8 to 10.
