 Bahan-bahan :-

• 3-4 biji pisang  (buang kulit dan potong kecil)
• 1 kotak santan
• 1 keping gula melaka
• gula
• sedikit garam
• daun pandan

 Cara-cara :-

 Satukan santan, gula melaka, garam dan pisang di dalam periuk. Masukkan pandan.Didihkan. Perasakan dengan sedikit garam dan gula.Sedia dihidangkan. Enak dicicah dengan roti !
