Agar-agar Santan Kopi

 

Bahan-bahan
  • 10g serbuk agar-agar
  • 1 cawan gula
  • 1000 ml air
  • 200ml santan kotak
  • 1 biji telur dipukul dengan santan tadi
  • secubit garam
  • 1 helai daun pandan
  • 1 cawan kopi instant ( saya guna kopi power root ali cafe )  
Cara-cara
  • Satukan gula, serbuk agar-agar dan air sehingga larut.
  • Kacau sehingga mendidih dan tambah kopu
  • Kecilkan api.Tuangkan campuran santan dengan telur, garam dan kacau dengan garfu hingga menggelegak seketika
  • Tuang kedalam loyang atau acuan.
  • Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk sehingga mengeras baru potong.

Buat Aiskrim Sendiri :)


Get a paper cup and put chopped peanuts in the bottom, followed by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, some melted chocolate next, more peanuts and another scoop of ice cream, scoop of peanut butter and chopped Reeses cups then one last scoop of ice cream!

Put a Popsicle stick inside and freeze.

When frozen tare off paper cup and Enjoy!!!

You can mix also with different kinds of ice cream, nuts or chocolate !

Pulut Mangga @ Mango Sticky Rice Dessert



Bahan-bahan:

2 biji mangga thai
Secawan beras pulut
Secawan santan pekat
Secubit garam
Daun pandan


Sos Santan:Santan 200ml
Gula secukup rasa
Secubit garam


Cara memasak:

Pulut 

Basuh beras pulut bersih dan kukus di dalam pengukus sehingga masak bersama santan, garam  dan pandan yang disimpulkan.Kukus sehingga masak.


Sos santan:

Didihkan santan bersama gula dan secubit garam.


Setelah siap boleh lah dihidangkan dengan cara menuang santan ke atas pulut dan dimakan bersama mangga.

110 : Sagu Gula Melaka



Bahan-bahan :-


1 1/2 cawan sagu
6 cawan air


Santan :-

  • 3 cawan santan

  • 1/2 cawan gula pasir

  • 1/2 sudu kecil garam



  • Jika tiada santan, boleh gunakan susu sejat.

    Gula Melaka :-

  • 1 keping gula Melaka @ 1 cawan gula merah

  • 1 cawan air

  • 1 helai daun pandan / esen vanila



  • Cara-cara :-

    Untuk Sagu
     1. Panaskan air hingga mendidih. Bersihkan biji sagu dan masukkan ke dalam air mendidih.
    2.Masak hingga sagu menjadi jernih iaitu sagu dah tiada putih-putih. Angkat dan cuci dengan air sejuk sehingga hilang kanjinya. Sejukkan di dalam peti air didalam bekas kecil atau terpulang kepada anda.

    Untuk Santan
    1. Panaskan santan, garam, daun pandan dan gula hingga mendidih.
     2.Buang daun pandan dan sejukkan.

    Untuk Gula Melaka

    1. Masakkan gula Melaka, daun pandan dan air hingga gula hancur.
    2.Buang daun pandan, tapiskan dan biarkan ia sejuk.

    Sedia untuk dihidangkan...

    Masukkan sagu dalam bekas kecil, curahkan santan , kemudian curahkan gula melaka. Enak dimakan sejuk-sejuk :)

    66 : Durian Pancake / Mango Pancake / Cempedak Pancake



    Durian Pancake / Mango Pancake / Cempedak Pancake/(makes 6)

    Pancake:
    • Flour - 60g
    • Sugar - 20g
    • Egg yolk - 3 each
    • Butter - 10g
    • Milk - 15ml

    Filling:
    • Mango / Cempedak / Durian
    • Fresh whipped cream

    Mix three egg yolks in a bowl, then add sugar and stir.
    Add sifted flour in the mixture and stir.
    Add milk, then melted butter and stir.

    Lightly oil the fry pan with a paper towel. Put 2 spoonfuls of mixture in the pan on low heat so it won't burn. Turn the pancake with care. Wait until the pancakes cool down. Wrap it up with mango slices and some whipped cream before serving.

    Note: It takes some practice to make a perfect pancake with no holes, no burns and the right thickness. Don't be frustrated if it does not turn out looking like the one in the restaurants, it's still very edible and very yummy.

    39: Roti Jala


    Bahan-bahan:-



    1 kilo tepung gandum
    2 biji telor ayam
    1 tin susu cair Carnation
    1 sudu marjerin
    Sedikit garam
    Setitik pewarna kuning



    Cara-cara:


    Bancuh tepung bersama susu cair/garam/pewarna/mentega dan telur.

    Akhir sekali blender tepung yang telah dibancuh tadi supaya ianya tidak bergentel dan senang untuk dilayang.

    Panaskan kuali dan sapukan sedikit minyak kemudian layangkan tepung yang telah cair.

    Kemudian setelah selesai angkat lipatkan segi empat atau segi tiga.



    Sedap dimakan bersama kuah kari atau kuah manis durian.

    32 : Puding Roti Karamel



    Bahan A:
    1/2 cawan gula ..dicairkan dalam loyang yg nak dikukuskan nanti

    Bahan B
    5 keping roti gardenia yang dah nak expired tu :P dipotong2 atau dicarik2 saja kalo malas :P
    1 tin susu cair F&N aku guna
    2 biji telur
    1/2 cawan gula
    1 sudu teh esen vanilla


    Cara:
    1. Memula, panaskan dulu kukusan
    2. Pukul telur sampai kembang dan masukkan susu dan gula..Pukul lagi..dan lagi dan lagi..tambah esen vanilla..
    3. Susun roti dalam loyang yang ada gula yang telah dicaikan.Then masukkan bancuhan B plak dalam loyang tu.
    4. Tutupkan penutup loyang dengan kain, nanti menitis plak air dari tudung kukusan tu
    5. Kukuskan selama 30 minit.
    6. Sejukkan dahulu baru di terbalikkan dalam pinggan besar.

    24 : Puding Trifle






    Bahan-bahan:
    1 tin susu cair
    ½ tin air sejuk
    1 tin kecil mix fruit
    1 biji swiss roll
    2 sudu besar makan tepung kastard
    1 biji telor
    sedikit esen vanilla
    Gula ikut rasa

    Caranya:
    1. Masukkan tepung kastard dan gula dalam periuk. tuangkan susu cair serta air dan lebihan air buah td. masukan telur dan esen vanilla kacau hingga sebati .masak dengan api perlahan. kalau kurang manis tambah gula

    2. Potong swiss roll setebal 2 inci aturkan dalam bekas, tuangkan sedikit air buah2 td dan tuangkan adunan kastard dan taburkan mix fruit keatasnya, kalau suka boleh beli agar2 ready made warna ikut suka tuang pada lapisan buah2 tadi

    3. Sejukan dulu selapas tu boleh simpan dalam fridge

    10:Bubur Lambuk



    Bahan-bahan:-
    Beras 3 cawan
    Pucuk midin
    Daun kunyit sehelai
    Daun halia sehelai
    Daun kesum
    Pucuk manis
    Santan kelapa (sebiji)

    Bahan untuk ditumbuk:-
    10 ekor Ikan sardin(orang terengganu panggil ikan selayang) direbus dan diambil isinya
    6 ulas bawang merah
    3 ulas bawang putih
    lada hitam (secukup rasa)
    1 inci halia

    Cara-cara:-
    Jerang beras dengan 6 cawan air (sukatan dier 1 cawan beras 2 cawan air) hingga jadik bubur..(pekat)
    Pastu masukkan pucuk2 yang ada kat atas...
    Pastu masukkan bahan tumbuk ,garam,gula,pak aji secukup rasa...
    Pastu masukkan kerisik (Kelapa parut di goreng dan ditumbuk sampai keluar minyak,1/3 dr sebiji kelapa)
    Pastu masukkan santan dan biarkan mereneh seketika..

    7: Durian Pulut Santan



    Bahan-bahan ( 2 orang makan ):


    * 2 biji durian
    * 2 cawan/pot beras pulut
    * santan dari sebiji kelapa
    * 1/4 kerek manisan (kalau nak tukar gula, gula perang, gula melaka pun boleh)
    * garam sikit

    Cara-cara:

    1. Tanak beras pulut dulu, nak kukus pun boleh.
    2. Jerang santan dan tambahkan secubit garam.
    3. bolehla makan...kalau malas nak tanak beras pulut, makan ngan nasik pun jadi.
    4.Masukkan santan kedalam pulut dan letak hirisan gula melaka

    5: Dadih



    Bahan-bahan:-

    Bahan-bahan dier:-
    1.Sepaket dadih..perasa ikut suka..ni perasa jagung
    2.Yang diperlukan adalah 3000ml air
    3.susu cair

    Cara-cara:-

    1.memula panaskan air...sampai menggelegak gituh...letak gula 100g
    2.Bila dah panas airnya, buh laa susu cair tuh..
    3.Bila dah menggelegak susu nya tu, padamkan api ok...
    4.Masukkan kandungan dadih..kacau laa 5 menet...apalagi, sedialah bekas untuk meletakkan dadih.

    3: Bubur pulut durian


    Bahan-bahan ( 5-6 org )

    • 2 biji buah durian-di ambil isi nya
    • 1 biji kelapa parut-di perah ambil santannya 1 mangkuk sedang
    • 3 ketul gula melaka
    • 2 gelas air
    • 2 helai daun pandan

    Cara-cara

    1. Masak gula melaka dgn 2 gelas air.
    2. Masak santan dgn daun pandan sehingga mendidih,tuangkan air gula melaka dan kacau rata.
    3. Masukkan durian,kacau shingga pekat sedikit dan tutup api.
    4. Dah pun siap...enak di mkn dgn pulut,roti atau mkn begitu aje...
